How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or tested.
How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Do you offer free samples with orders?
We love sharing new favorites! We include a selection of complimentary K-Beauty samples with every order, subject to availability, so you can test new formulas before committing to a full size.
